Great building for families

Pros:
Well maintained luxury building with friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Amazing roof terrace.
Cons:
The elevators have lots of issues. The ones for the lower floors are always very busy and can be slow. The fitness center heating/cooling never works well.

Pros:
Overall, I have had a very positive experience in this building and with TFC.
Cons:
The floor I currently live on is very noisy (a puppy moved in down the hall that barks constantly and neighbors play loud music) and despite numerous calls, the maintenance team hasn't figured out how to fix a leak in my kitchen (although this does not affect my day-to-day life).
