    Pros:
    We have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with every bedroom having good lighting and windows. Maintenance is good and package deliver is secure. Multiple elevators. Gym in building. Great views of Manhattan.
    Cons:
    It is a 15-min walk to the subway station.
    Advice to owner:
    Make sure you are OK with the walk to the subway station
