Very Thin Walls

Walls are extremely thin- enough to hear neighbours in bedroom nextdoor

Thin walls both interior and exterior

Pros:
Perfect location to subway and greenery
Cons:
Ultra thin walls. You’ll hear anyone in the halls, taking. You’ll hear your neighbor’s bedroom. You’ll hear the park outside (it technically opens at 6am)
Advice to owner:
Can’t do much about thin walls

Everything in this building is very good quality and up to standards and code. There is also a floor
Cons:
I didn't like the super, he's unreliable
Advice to owner:
I'd recommend the building change the super.
