Terrible management; inefficient and ineffective scam artists

On arrival- the entire apartment was filled with a layer of dust that took me weeks to completely get rid of from plastering etc. We went several months without hot water in the dead of winter. The property manager had knowledge of the issue and did not keep us informed of the boiler repair status despite ongoing communication on my end and constantly requesting updates. We had to stay in a hotel for several nights because it was too cold for my children to be bathed in cold water. Not only was the issue not properly handled but Alma- (on-site live in manager) was beyond rude any time we questioned the status of the repair and belittled the major issue of not having hot water. She showed little regard and zero professionalism. It was not until we with held rent that the issue was restored. Peter Ginis - owner of this LLC assured us we could hang up any items on the walls with no issues. We were also charged a pet fee for incidentals which was a complete scam. We only received $750 of a $2700 of our security deposit. The apartment was left immaculate with the exception of screw holes from hanging the tvs in which we were told could be done without a problem. Garbage was constantly left in dissaray In front of the property. I am not surprised the tenants from the 1st floor also did not renew their lease after just 1 year. I am utterly disgusted with my experience and hope this review serves as a warning to any potential renters.

New management, remember you are providing a service to paying customers so act as such!
