    Nice Small Building that Could be Awesome

    Pros:
    Building has a cool design and nice modern finishes.
    Cons:
    Garbage is always messy, lots of rats, back yard could be awesome but is just an overgrown mess.
    Advice to owner:
    Taking better care of the garbage and the backyard, and cleaning of the common areas would really improve the place.
