Former Tenant
Pros:
-A couple of the tenants are ok
-Rent has not increased in 3.5 years
Cons:
-Poor pest control (rodents and cockroaches)
-Loud, messy neighbors
-It's like pulling teeth to get small requests completed from the landlord
