Great place to live

Pros:
Safe package room, well-maintained lobby and common areas, lockers for storage, outdoor space.
Cons:
Strange pipe smells sometimes. Not a dealbreaker!

A good place, but those neighbors smells

Pros:
Brand new building, so everything works. Washer and dryer in unit are clutch.
Cons:
HVAC in unit means that any smell from outside get into the unit. We had neighbors that smoked like weed was about to go away.
Advice to owner:
Tell people to vape or use spliffs?
