    Pros:
    Pet friendly, nice neighbors
    Cons:
    No insulation, no maintenence responses, apartment not ready for move in, balcony doors and bedroom windows don't lock, counters unsealed and never get clean, ant problem in warm months, balcony door doesn't fully shut, illegal airbnb on premises
    Advice to owner:
    Actually care about your tenants and hire union construction teams

    Great apartment in the heart of Astoria

    Well maintained new building with easy access to subway, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
    Cons:
    Laundry room and garbage room on the basement not very clean, maintenance can be slow from time to time
    Advice to owner:
    streamline the move-in and move-out process
