    Good Living!

    Pros:
    Beautiful neighborhood, laundry in building was always available (very rarely could you not find a machine), excellent super, 24/7 cameras, someone on duty to receive packages, spacious apartments! Pet friendly!
    Cons:
    Build materials were not always the highest quality, common for this type of building I'm sure
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the roof deck open!
