Pros:
It’s a new building with new appliances. most of neighbors are friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Unfortunately building management is horrible. They don’t respond to calls Or emails/text in a timely manner and you have to constantly follow up with them to get any repairs or concerns addressed.
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive and proactive on any concerns or requests from condo owners and renters.
