    Not a great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The garbage handling is great & building is clean thats about it.
    Cons:
    Extremely noisy neighbors who harass other neighbors. The walls and floors are paper thin. Management are a disgrace, if you are being harassed by a noisy neighbor thet do not want to help in any way once they're getting a paycheck.
    Advice to owner:
    Have the same rules for everyone and do not take biased sides with neighbors that are harassing other neighbors. Take some responsibility and help create a community.
