A few flaws but overall great place to live
Pros
-Very well situated -Landlord is nice and responsive to fix any potential issues - Has a space to put a laundry machine in your apartment
Cons
- Considerable rent increase (+18%) - Common areas not very well maintained (not very clean and sometimes smells bad in the elevator when they take out all the trash) -Walls are pretty thin you can hear the neighbors (it's not all the time but do keep that in mind)
