    Lazy Pest Control

    Pros:
    Timely maintenance and daily grounds workers.
    Cons:
    The apartment stopped doing regular pest control about two years ago, leaving it up to individual apartments to call in and schedule spraying. The building definitely has a roach infestation now and I have to fight to keep them under control. This is my only reason for moving.
    Advice to owner:
    Go back to management handling pest control and don’t leave it up to the tenants. This is ridiculous.

    Lovely apartment with lots of lighting

    Pros:
    Decent sized 2 bedroom apartment. Has enough kitchen space and dishwasher.
    Cons:
    Unfortunately, neighbors have been stealing packages. There is no mail room so things just get left. There’s also no enforcement for neighbors to stay on top of requesting pest control to come to the building. As a result, there have been some issues with roaches.
