Renters approve of the building's owners
The building is very clean and very well built. There's only a few units on each floor, and I don't think I ever heard my neighbors once. Concierge was great and the building amenities were good. The induction stovetop and heated flooring in the bathrooms was a nice touch.
My only complaint was that the electric bill during the summer was extremely high.
