Pros

The building is well maintained with an excellent friendly professional staff. Very quick to make repairs. Units are very quiet. No noise from other units that can disturb your life.

Cons

Heating in the winter can be an issue. Not that it’s cold but that it hard to get a temperature that all floors are experiencing to be comfortable at the same time.

Advice to the owners

None they do an excellent job.

Great building, bad rent hike

Pros

I really loved living in the Sven, it was clean, amenities were amazing, and I really have nothing to complain about when it comes to how the building felt.

Cons

The rent hike was crazy, like 15%. The leasing agent told me that rent hikes are usually not bad, but don't let that fool you. They will try to gouge you with an initial increase, and then try to negotiate down from it. It left me a bad taste of the building

Advice to the owners

Stop trying to gouge people, and try to make living here a more sustainable option please
