    Pros:
    It's quiet that's about it
    Cons:
    The building is alright there are just too many rules. They are very strict with the "no smoking" policy. With all the restrictions it just makes you feel like you're living back home with your parents/grandparents.
    Advice to owner:
    No suggestions because they have their rules already
