    Horrible tenants and mgmt - constant weed smell from the AC unit and the window

    Pros:
    New building with decent amenities (at an extra cost)
    Cons:
    Horrible tenants - constant weed smell from the AC unit and the window; the management won't do anything about stopping it so I decided to move within a year; some tenant also smells (not weed, just smells)
