Constant tobacco and weed smell. Very overpriced. Noisy construction, trash trucks, subways, etc. Common spaces sometimes dirty and very busy.

1 elevator for 20 floors, and trash pickup is done from 7 pm to 9 pm some of the busiest hours--causes crowded elevator during that time
