Avoid this place at all costs
Pros
It's a newly built luxury building. The amenities are good. The apartment itself is nice.
Cons
But the neighbours, management and neighbourhood are so bad, it's not worth it. Trust me. The police are always here drugs, smoking, and break-ins. It's not a safe place. Weed is coming through the vents everywhere. The management lie constantly, are unresponsive and are absolutely terrible.
Advice to the owners
Manage the place. Better waste control. Have security. Be responsive. Don't lie.
