False Advertising At Zoria Towers

Cons
There is no gym, no real lounge area as advertised. There is no real management. If you have an issue you have to figure it out yourself. They do no real background checks on tenants they accept anybody so don’t expect any peace living in the building! I had to call police myself due to constant domestic violence with my neighbors. Neighbors are inconsiderate and loud! Not worth the lack of peace for the price of rent!!! You can find better elsewhere!
Advice to the owners
Get real management! Follow up on issues in building! Start caring about tenants when they complain about noise issues, maintenance complaints, parking garage constantly being blocked by vehicles, etc.
