Best building I’ve lived in

Pros:
- neighbors are very friendly. It’s like a small community everyone says hello. - any issues I have the landlord gets to within the week. Emergencies even sooner. - on site super cleans the halls and lobby every single day - exterminator hits every apartment monthly.
Cons:
Nothing really major. I’m not the biggest fan of the AC/ heating units. Not very energy efficient and can be loud but they work great. Also wish purchasing an apartment was an option, I unfortunately can’t rent forever.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!
