Affordable and overall nice place
Pros
Small and clean reasonably priced rooms. Washer & dryer in the building, in walking distance from Staten Island Ferry and all the buses. Minimalistic and clean design in apartments. A great landlord. Building is maintained responsibly, issues are addressed almost immediately. Generous. Provides a lot of stuff for tenants comfort. Professional, he never lost his temper even when I behaved like a 5 year old, and he always listens. A rare find for NYC.
Cons
Some rooms are small, so you may find yourself in a situation when you choose between: purchase a twin bed, but have a place for exercise, OR purchase a full bed and do not have a place for exercise. Also no pets. Not even a hamster. Sometimes I felt like it's not enough storage. But. It's still the best option for it's price in St. George. Closest supermarket (with healthy food options, not a bodega) in 15 mins by feet, may be inconvenient sometimes.
