    Beware of owner do not rent

    Pros:
    Very huge house
    Cons:
    The owner is a scammer he tried to get my tenant to pay for outrageous plumbing repairs with at least 2 years or more of damage that the tenant had nothing to do with and cops were involved. Takes advantage of people who are alone. The wife came inside the home while it was being rented and accused the tenant of being an ungodly woman. Please be aware and stay away from these people
