Horrible living experience. Not habitable Building violations and Pests

1. 6 minutes walk to metro north 2. Near to Shopping Area 3. Near to Supermarkets and Bodega 4. Easy access to public transportation

Cons

Everything. Local authority considered it not up to building code. It had a lot of building violations. They were unauthorized to do repairs because they didn't submit proper documentation for permits. Safety hazards. e.g.electrical wiring. Insect infestation.
