The Pros are... Brand newly renovated with beautiful finishes and new appliances. Heat included. Big living & bedrooms. Laundry on site.
The Cons are... No elevator Not the cleanest lobby & hallways. Small closet space. Expensive Rent.

All 16 unit neighbors are all great and friendly. Laundry on site. Not a lot of noise from neighbors mostly all quiet. Kid friendly. No pets.
Not the cleanest staircase, hallways and lobby. Did not offer any COVID relief on rent like many other buildings in Staten Island and NY have done.
Make sure the lobby and stairwell are always clean!!! -should offer some type of COVID relief on rent like many other landlords have done.
