Beautiful landscape

Pros:
Stainless steel appliances in modern kitchens. Apts are 2 floors w/ 2 exits. 1st floor apts are 1 level which is good for elderly or handicapped.Plenty of heat. Assigned parking. Small park for kids.HUD & section VIII
Cons:
Rats & roaches in hallways!!!! Assigned parking is only available to cars registered & insured to your apt in your name.
Advice to owner:
Make it a Mandate to let exterminator in 1x a week in every apt. even if person is not home. The Super or someone assigned should go with exterminator to each & Every apt to make sure it’s done.
