Typical living situation

Pros:
Great location for travel to Manhattan and Brooklyn
Cons:
Targee street always has cars driving fast. Some rude neighbors ( not to your face)
Advice to owner:
Be aware of your noise levels some tenants don’t like music

Roaches, bugs and mice everywhere, landlord raises rent every year , dirty lobby,
