Horrible do not rent

Pros:
None nonexistent horrible home
Cons:
- Cathy landlord is a lunatic -apartment does not have air conditioning and you are unable to put one in since it’s so small -landlord doesn’t know what normal wear and tear was. -when ordered cable was told I had to approve it with her but when we rented she said whatever you want to do is fine. -men come in and out at all times of night during the weekend - kids have no respect rollerblade indoors clear the mother has no control of her children -one of the older children has a drug and alcohol problem. Caught more then once entering my apartment looking for money or stuff to steal - dog is a nuisance and pees on everything - small studio was converted and is the length and width of a storage container - has mice, rats, owner tried to blame me and a previous tenant -has a driveway but not allowed to use it because it’s in poor condition -not able to park near the house because the neighbors have 9 cars each and god forbid you park near the house the neighbors get angry
Advice to owner:
If you can’t afford the home you should sell it. Please get your children the help they so desperately need
