Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews highlight Richmond Hill Road's building as responsible and caring with responsive owners and spacious units. Tenants appreciate the cleanliness, garbage management, and effective pest control, although some struggled with roaches spreading from neighbors. The central location with amenities like a gym and pool is favored, but nosy neighbors and extra amenity costs are drawbacks. There are calls to address the roach issue promptly. Generally, the responsive owners receive approval, but some do not recommend the building due to pest concerns.
