They don’t care

Pros:
Rent assistance and thats it
Cons:
They DO NOT care about the noise level at all whatsoever. As long as the tenant is paying rent anything goes lion tigers bears. A full circus concert whatever you could think ok. When you call legal they’re rude and don’t even believe you they just tell you they’re working on it although its been nearly half a year. However when its time for rent to be paid and lease renewal’s thats when they fully care. It’s almost impossible to reach the property manager.
