Reviews

Good for temporary housing not for long term

Pros

Nice maintenance employees. Nice grass outside. Pet friendly.

Cons

Worst washer and drier. Dirty and moldy also damaged all my clothes. I had skin issues the entire time living here. Cheap and old appliances. No heat during winter. Water pressure during showers was bad, filter is needed. TERRIBLE parking, can’t get a parking spot with the building. Can’t park outside without getting a city tickets of $115. Apartments are extremely small, rent is expensive and it goes up every year. Property owner does not reply to messages or concerns.

Advice to the owners

Fix parking issues, clean washer and dryer’s more often. Improve heat during winter. Provide better communication.
