Landlord Is rude and very unprofessional
Pros
The side apartment is really nice you could control your own heat and air conditioning
Cons
The landlord is just a terrible woman she text you and tries to tell you to leave tomorrow and she will give you your security deposit back threatens to throw you out under legal circumstances. I’m not allowed to have company because she harasses my company When I went on vacation, she harassed my family after I told her I was going on vacation and my family would be watching my dog. she is doing a lot of illegal things as far as harassment intimidation.
Advice to the owners
Don’t be a Landlord.
