The staff is amazing. I have lived here for two years and have loved the staff from day one (with the exception of old management). The new management is great. Awesome amenities. Any maintenance request I had was taken care of promptly.
The elevators can be a pain, with one typically out of service for trash. Cockroach issues occasionally.
