Not the best but not the worst
Pros
Convenient location to the J, M and G subway lines. When something breaks, generally they're addressed and responded to quickly unless the work needs to be outsourced by a third party.
Cons
Apartment is made of cheap materials and already breaking or wearing out after a year of living here. Management is slow to respond but eventually will. Front door is constantly breaking and random people are able to get in. Only one elevator in the building and it moves so slowly.
Anger Land Management
Pros
Decent gym, co-working space and roof. In-unit laundry. New appliances.
Cons
Uncooperative management company. Multiple problems with new appliances. Overpriced parking. Unsecure package room. Unreasonable amenity fee. Loud neighbors. Thin floors and walls. Trash regularly fills most of the only elevator and thrown in a giant pile on the curb outside the building’s front door.
