Pros

100% would live here again. Stayed at 7 Peter Cooper Road. Most of the other neighbors were amazing, super realxing area. If any issues at all, they would come and fix ASAP.

Neighbors were crazy and had security come up almost everyday. Not really on the building but got bad luck
