Clean and well-maintained condo building
Pros
-great location -great management -all issues addressed within hours if not minutes -very clean space -affordable amenities and pool access ($98 monthly) -building staff extremely nice
Cons
-Expensive units -Upon renewal we got an 8% increase so this will not be sustainable in the long run -Dog friendly building - you hear a lot of barking through your door and we constantly have issues with pet hair in shared laundry appliances, my husband is also allergic so this is very disruptive -There are multiple restaurants located on the ground floor and the exhaust is directly out of our window so we cannot open it during restaurant hours
Advice to the owners
Dogs need to be managed better and more rules need to be in place. There need to be some alternative accommodation for the restaurant exhausts that is not disruptive to the people residing in the building.
