Great Building, Amenities Could Be Upgraded

Pros

Love the front staff and the sanitation workers. Building is kept clean.

Cons

However the amenities could use an upgrade. The gym has had a few broken treadmills and limited weight machines. There are not enough laundry machines for the building in my opinion

Good for price if you get a flex room

Pros

Very fast maintenance, kind staff/doorman, clean gym, very spacious apartments, great location steps away from 50th st station.

Cons

Very pricy if not adding in a flex room.
