Great staff, management questionable

Pros

The staff is amazing, and super helpful. They’re the best thing about this building.

Cons

They increase the price a ridiculous amount the year after. Always negotiate down or the management company will try to overcharge.

Advice to the owners

Stop increasing rent by a crazy amount. Also, stop dynamic pricing. Everyone hates it and it makes it always feel like you’re getting ripped off somehow.

Overpriced for what you get

good management, amazing doormen, lots of laundry machines, responsive team, amazing location with access to lots of subways, great views

Cons

constantly under construction, elevators are out frequently, rent increase was outrageous considering the downsides
