Pros
The community in the building is unlike any other. Everyone is so kind and giving I’ve never lived anywhere like this in the city before
Cons
I did have a minor run in with roaches that seems to be managed with the occasional visit from the exterminator. The building is huge and one elevator is always down which leads to exceptionally long wait times. Management office is less than helpful when you reach out to them as well. They hardly ever answer the phone.
