Great amenities in my unit, haven't dealt with many pests in my unit
Very loud inside and outside of building, it takes a long time to accurately assess issues and resolve them, it's very hot when the heat kicks in, not all heaters work, not a great system for package delivery (& packages often get stolen), trash often piles up on first floor of building, staircase is very dirty
