    Great Area in the Bronx
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I love the fact that there's only three floors, and the apartments are HUGE!!
    The ceilings are so high I love it
    The neighbors are great
    The area is safe
    The street is always clean thanks to Daniel the super
    Cons:
    I didn't like that we lived across a baseball field and every summer it gets packed and the all the players will double park their car on the street. They will literally line up the WHOLE street by double parking. If you have a car and you want to go out in the summer, you can forget about it. They block you in and have no care about it either.
    Also they are constructing a newly constructed shelter now, after living here 15 years with no shelter who knows the amount of problems that will bring.
    All in all the management company is cool it's just the things that happen in the area that can be problematic.
