Four Great Years
Pros
I really liked that we felt very taken care of here - exterminator came by twice a month, super was fantastic and super responsive, all the doormen were super nice and friendly... the gym and laundry room were also great and genuinely felt like luxury amenities!
Cons
We had multiple pest issues...a mouse was in our apartment for at least two months, we also saw multiple giant roaches in our last 3 weeks living in the building. Downstairs there were a lot of flies (coming from the trash room) and they would get into the gym and buzz around. Also, it felt like they were always shutting the water off for the entire day, which was really hard for those who WFH. Ultimately we left because rent increases got WAY out of hand. * there is a really creepy older man who lives in the building somewhere (unit unknown). he hangs out pretty regularly in the courtyard outside smoking, but also talks in the lobby to the doormen a lot. he has been very rude and unkind to the people at Murray Hill Market and he also tries to ask for money a lot. very uncomfortable.*
Advice to the owners
Please stop increasing rent like this, you will lose tenants.

Pros
Renovated kitchens and nice bathrooms in most units (I think) 24 hour doorman and very nice doormen Very clean for the most part Has laundry in basement and a small gym Some of the studios are large, ~500 sqrt feet Lots of young professionals Very reliable package system and emails when something is delivered Fob system to get in at night. Generally feels safe Doormen, super, other intendents etc are very helpful and responsive
Cons
Lots of noise from cars and frequent ambulances as its right on a super busy intersection Street is not very pretty Rent is high and has been increasing 10% a year (at least on my unit) A couple times the laundry room was a bit messy/liquid on the floor The gym is a nice perk but small and very little equipment - if you are serious about working out you will need a gym membership somewhere else The management company is VERY hard to get in touch with. It feels like a black box and most of the time my calls just got transferred/no one knew how to help me. Felt very unreliable
Advice to the owners
It would be nice to have a management company that is easier to contact
