Good water pressure, good size space. Freidnly and competent supers. Hard to get a hold of someone in an emergency because it's all through a call line that has a history of not calling back.
Each apartment is different as far as size/remodeling/upkeep. Heat is not well monitored in spring/fall and apartment will be freezing or sweltering.
