    It wasn't a great a year

    Pros:
    Apartment space and location was the only good thing about this place
    Cons:
    The door entrance couldn't be unlocked with the buzzer in the apartment, and the front door couldn't close at all. The mail box was broken so be careful with important mail, the entire building has electricity problems. We had to survive with 1 ac in the hot summer and the heater had problems in the winter. The wiring in the building is also concerning, we had a closet with exposed wiring and lightbulbs would die quickly here (don't use fancy lightbulbs...) He kept telling us he would fix it (he didn't) promised us it would get done when it was time for lease renewals.

    There were pest problems. Roaches but they were getting eaten by house centipedes, also ants and we encountered a rat, landlord did nothing about it.

    The bathroom gets moldy easily and the bathtub had a dent, we had to get a squeegee to move the water down the drain. Some parts of the second floor it feels like the floors would cave in, it feels like there's barely anything keeping the floor up and it creaks like crazy.
