I've loved living in this building - it's a quiet spot and the location is superb. Have not had any major issues and love the super and his family.
Honestly there hasn't been anything!
Only thing I would improve on is facilitating more connection between residents - wish there was a group chat or portal to be able to ask questions and connect with neighbors.
