Great when affordable, otherwise consider..
Pros
Large management company -> system for everything, etc. very green Fairly relaxed and safe All utilizes but WiFi included (free first year) and AC is flat fee per unit
Cons
It smells like dogs often Noises can be a bit crazy, currently there’s outside constructions of the building exterior, lots of families (babies, piano teachers, arguments, old people) It seems like people stay here because it’s all stabilized but the newer listing prices are high and can make you reconsider. Sometimes maintaince takes a while.
