    Great location, outdated building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location in a great neighborhood. Close by the grocery store, pharmacy, laundromat, subway, Main Street.
    Cons:
    Big mouse issue in the building that management did the bare minimum to address. Also had ongoing issues with my heat and appliances.
    Advice to owner:
    Invest more in upgrading and repairing infrastructure
