    For a new LIC tower, this is par for the course
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice amenities, good sound control from the road, all new and clean building. The pool is a major plus
    Cons:
    If living with a roommate, not incredible value for the money - the walls between roommates rooms are relatively thin, so you can hear most things, and the 2br apartments don't really have living rooms or even much space in the kitchens, so can feel a bit tighter than expected.
