Pros
Good doormen, good location, good gym and lobby
Cons
Occasional pests, noisy tenants, maintenance requests can take a long time to be fixed

Overall positive experience at embassy house
Pros
- Maintenance was typically quick to respond for issues - laundry room has good amount of machines (didn’t often have to wait) - farmers market across the street weekly - Doorman for packages - garbage rooms on each floor
Cons
- the gym is very small / not great and an additional fee - depends on the unit but could be noisy at night being closer to FDR and UN
