Insane roof access and decent counter top space.

Cons

Structure and paint was not sound many issues in our bathroom Upon move in many things broken sink has not been fully operational since move in. Drains are poor. Neighbors roof leaked. Ours looked like it would but didn’t.

Advice to the owners

Do a diligent turn process I believe owners changed mid stay so aside from turn thought I got decent value for our space. Ensure THE IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYERS are operational.
